Peggy Brown

Inspiring. Thoughtful. Embodies the Coaching profession.

Peggy is dedicated to creating workplaces that inspire innovation, collaboration, accountability and results. She is an ICF Certified Coach (PCC) trained by The Coaches Training Institute, and a Certified Organization and Relationship Systems Coach (ORSCC), the standard for excellence in team and group coaching. Peggy combines the wisdom that comes with an extensive management career at IBM with her natural ability to see connections, patterns and a broader perspective — all in service of her clients’ growth and success.

Peggy is among only a handful of coaches in Canada qualified to deliver CRR Global’s ground-breaking relationship systems program (RSI@Work).  This course gives leaders the fundamental tools and skills to create the conditions for teams and organizations to evolve to their potential.

Peggy lives in Markham with her husband.  They have two married children and a new grandson – someone who appreciates her singing and silliness!

Jennifer Visser

Present. Pragmatic. Focused on people & results.

Jennifer is a seasoned coach and trainer to leaders and teams across a variety of sectors, including pharma, tech, government, financial services and NFP.  She has been a certified professional coach (International Coach Federation) since 2010 and received coach training from Adler International Learning, Center for Right Relationship and The Center for Creative Leadership. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Wilfrid Laurier University.

Prior to becoming a coach, Jennifer worked for an international food company in various Human Resources roles. This experience sparked a lifelong passion for supporting people in their professional growth and earned her deep insight into the challenges faced by the leaders and teams with whom she works.

In addition to her work at CORE, Jennifer is actively involved in professional board work and social causes and has a strong background in governance, enterprise risk management and strategic planning.

Jennifer lives in Toronto with her family and her favourite things include expressing her love through excessive baking, hiking any chance she gets whether through the streets of Toronto or the sprawling hills of the Cotswalds and getting away from it all between the pages of a good book.
